This immersive dining experience takes guests on a fiery journey through the diverse and flavorful regions of Mexico, showcasing a selection of traditional and innovative dishes that highlight the bold and complex flavors of chili peppers.

The “Mexican Chili Voyage” features a curated selection of exquisite dishes, including two distinct types of mole: the delicate and savory Mole Rosa, often hailed as the “queen of mole,” and the hearty and comforting broth-based Mole de Olla. In addition to these mole masterpieces, the menu also includes the vibrant and flavorful Octopus Chintexle, a Oaxacan-inspired dish featuring tender octopus marinated in a fiery pasilla Oaxaqueño chile paste, imported straight from Oaxaca. And not to be missed is the classic Mexican dish, Chili Relleno, elevated with manteca-poached Kuruma prawns, rich queso crema, and a decadent shrimp butter sauce.
